Darren is a Partner in Deloitte Singapore. He leads the discovery and data management team which is comprised of 25 professionals across Southeast Asia located in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Trained as a lawyer, he has lived at the intersection of technology and the law for nearly 30 years. He has led large scale contract due diligence projects, provided contract analytics for M&A activities, given advice and implemented technology to meet their contract lifecycle management needs.
