Sonia is a Sales Cloud Partner Advisory Board member and has spoken at over 30 events globally including Dreamforce, TrailheaDX, and Quote 2 Cast. In addition to her role for ATG Cognizant, Sonia is the Group Leader for the Missoula Salesforce User Group and works to bring more attention and jobs to Montana through Salesforce education and outreach.

Joe Brown is a Customer Success Architect on DocuSign’s Public Sector team. Having spent 10+ years overall in the Customer Success SaaS space, his current focus is coaching DocuSign’s enterprise clients on adoption and expansion of the platform.

Prior to DocuSign, Joe was a Customer Success Manager for WebEx/Cisco where he enabled and trained clients in the world of online collaboration. From there Joe was a Customer Success Manager for marketing automation startup, Act-On Software, where he worked to support clients as they streamlined their digital marketing efforts.

Joe Brown earned a BS in Organizational Studies with a Minor in English from UC Davis. In his free time he loves traveling abroad as well as to random places in the states. Some favorite activities would be going camping with the dog, and capturing outdoor activities like snorkeling and zip lining on his GoPro.
