Celebrating our Customers and Partners

For the first time in DocuSign history, we’re excited to honour outstanding customer achievements with our inaugural Customer and Partner Awards (APAC).

The Customer and Partner Awards highlight commitments to digital transformation, innovations in product use, care for the environment and community, and successful operational impact to businesses of all types and sizes.

Winners will be announced at Momentum APAC on Wednesday, 6 April 2022.

For every award submission received, in partnership with WoodiWild, we'll plant a tree to help protect threatened species.

Award submissions will be judged on implementation of DocuSign product(s) and the impact they’ve had on business efficiency, compliance and trust, customer and employee experiences, and/or the environment.
As part of your submission, where possible, please include both quantitative and qualitative results, such as savings in document turn-around time, number of employees needed to accomplish tasks, amount of time required to service customers, hard (paper) costs, trees spared.
The more data you can provide to demonstrate your results, the more impactful your entry will be.

Majors-Enterprise Customer of the Year Award This award is open to organisations with 500+ employees.	Digital Transformation	This award recognises the DocuSign customer who enabled meaningful, digital transformation across their enterprise organisation.
Mid Market Customer of the Year Award This award is open to organisations with 125-500 employees.	Security & Efficiency	This award recognises the customer who specifically leveraged DocuSign security features to retool business processes for more compliant, trusted operations.
SMB Customer of the Year Award This award is open to organisations with 14-125 employees.	Business Efficiency	This award recognises the customer whose DocuSign implementation has had an outsized impact on the efficiency of their small- or medium-sized business.
Emerging Small Business Award This award is open to organisations with 0-14 employees.	Business and Environmental Impact	This award honours the customer whose DocuSign implementation has had a significant impact on the environment as well as their business.
DocuSign Champion Award This award is open to organisations of any size.	Adoption	This award recognises an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in project and change management in the rollout and adoption of DocuSign eSignature.
DocuSign Innovation Award This award is open to organisations of any size.	Innovation / Creativity	This award recognises the individual or team for their unique and innovative use of DocuSign product to achieve greater efficiency, deliver better customer and employee experiences, or build security and trust.

Partner Growth Award	Most Significant Growth YOY	This award is presented to the Partner whose increase in DocuSign product sales made a significant contribution to revenue this past year.
Customer Obsession Award	Customer Impact	This award recognises the Partner whose commitment to their customer exceeded all expectations to deliver a truly impactful business outcome.
Partner IMPACT Award	Community Stewardship	This award recognises the Partner who has committed to repairing gaps in the communities where they live and work.
Reseller of the Year	Business Consistency	This award is presented to the Reseller that has consistently demonstrated their commitment to DocuSign across all areas of their business and target market.
ISV Partner of the Year	Integration Innovation	This award is presented to the ISV Partner that is going above and beyond to use DocuSign to enhance their customers’ user experience.
SI Partner of the Year	Product Expertise	This award is presented to the SI Partner that has continued to showcase their expertise with DocuSign products and services.
