Dan Monheit is the Co-founder of Hardhat, a creative agency built for today. Established in 2005, Hardhat builds enduring brands for ambitious clients including the Victorian Government, Mattel, Bega, Victoria University, and Bupa.
Dan is on a mission to help more business leaders, marketers and brands understand why people do the things that they do. In 2020 alone, Dan has clocked over 100 keynote presentations, led two bootcamps joined by marketers across the globe and had his insights on human behaviour published in more than a dozen publications, including collaborations with Google and Carsales content series. His expertise in behavioural science has seen him present on the topic to thousands of people, both locally, and at major international events including SXSW in Austin Texas. In addition, his Bad Decisions podcast regularly features in the ‘top podcast’ charts and draws thousands of listeners from over 90 countries.
